  • Vacuum Industries Sinterbar 6-8-2200-1500 Vacuum Furnace:  100 Bar overpressure (1650 PSI Max), 2200°c at 1500 PSI, 125 KVA - 600 V - 3 ph power supply,  Honeywell Programmable Controller, Honeywell Chart Recorder, Leybold Vacuum Pump system, top load.  Currently has 6" dia x 8" deep metal hot zone (needs repair).  We are happy to sell the unit as-is or remanufactured.

  • 200 Ton Hot Press with Induction Hot Zone.  This unit is new and never fully commissioned.  200 Ton H-Frame press with 100 KW induction Power Supply (Inductotherm - Used).  The chamber, frame, hydraulics, water and gas system are new.

  • 2200°c, 1" x 3" high top load vacuum lab furnace, remanufactured - tested - and ready to go.  This unit was built and tested at our facility then run at our customers facility once.   This is basically new!!!  This is a small lab furnace with 2 hot zones, one tungsten, one graphite.  This furnace also has Hydrogen Burnoff system that will flow Hydrogen up to 2200°c.  System has binder traps, high vacuum and programmable controls.

  • SOLD:   Ion Nitrider with 48" x 44" deep front load chamber.  New 50 KW Pulsed DC power supply
  • RF Plasma Torch - 10,000°f at atmosphere pressure.  4 mhz x 60 KVA Lepel Power Supply - Only 2 years old and fewer than 50 runs on the system.  This torch was made for a prototype system of precious ore reclamation, but can be used in any application where ultra high temp is needed.
  • SOLD:  Vacuum Microwave Furnace - Approx 24" dia x 24" deep, rotating table inside, SS chamber, Programmable controls.  System is currently hooked up and running.
